About the role

HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join one of our client teams in Helsinki. You'll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that keeps applications running smoothly and data flowing reliably.

What you'll do

•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automatically test, build, and deploy applications safely to production
•Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
•Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems that help teams catch and fix issues quickly
•Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
•Automate repetitive tasks and processes to reduce manual work and human error

What we're looking for

•5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or system administration
•Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their core services
•Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools
•Experience with containerization and orchestration
•Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools

Nice to have

•Experience with data engineering tools (Apache Kafka, Spark)
•Knowledge of database performance tuning and data modeling
•Familiarity with data warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
