About the role
HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Sales Director to join one of our client teams.
You'll be leading sales strategy and building relationships with mid-size and enterprise clients in a tailored software services business.
What you'll do
- •Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- •Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
- •Lead complex sales cycles for enterprise software and consulting services
- •Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals and account managers
- •Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
What we're looking for
- •Several years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- •Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- •Experience selling complex enterprise software, consulting services, or technology solutions
- •Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes
- •Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals
Nice to have
- •Experience in the IT consulting or professional services industry
- •Knowledge of digital transformation and technology trends
- •Multilingual capabilities (Finnish, Swedish, German, English)
