About the role

HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a QA Engineer to join one of our client teams in Helsinki. What you'll do

•Design comprehensive test strategies that cover functional testing, API testing, and user interface validation
•Build automated test suites using tools like Robot Framework, Selenium or Cypress
•Create performance tests that simulate real user loads and identify bottlenecks
•Develop API test automation that validates data integrity and error handling
•Work closely with developers during feature development to identify potential testing challenges

What we're looking for

•Several years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
•Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress or similar)
•Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques (Postman or similar)
•Experience with performance testing tools and load testing methodologies
•Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have

•Experience with mobile application testing
•Knowledge of security testing principles and tools
•Experience with containerized testing environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
