You'll be leading complex Salesforce projects that drive real business transformation – from large-scale migrations to custom integrations that connect Salesforce with existing business systems.

What you'll do

‍

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and migration projects from planning to go-live

- Work closely with business stakeholders to map requirements and design solutions that maximize user adoption

- Coordinate complex data migrations between legacy systems and Salesforce platforms

- Manage integration projects connecting Salesforce with ERP, marketing and other business systems

- Design change management strategies to ensure smooth user transitions and adoption

What we're looking for

‍

- Experience from multiple projects managing Salesforce implementation and migration projects

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools (Data Loader, third-party ETL tools)

- Strong stakeholder management and project management methodology experience

Nice to have

‍

- Salesforce certifications

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Industry Clouds

- Knowledge of middleware platforms and integration tools

- Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements

- Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce deployments
