About the role
HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Project Manager with AI project experience to join one of our client teams in Helsinki.

You'll be leading complex commercial AI projects from concept to production deployment.
What you'll do
- •Lead end-to-end project management for complex AI initiatives
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders
- •Develop comprehensive project plans that account for AI-specific challenges
- •Manage regulatory compliance requirements for AI systems
- •Oversee cybersecurity implementation for AI systems
What we're looking for
- •Several years of project management experience with at least 1-2 commercial AI projects
- •Demonstrated experience managing AI projects that have reached production deployment
- •Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle
- •Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting AI systems
- •Experience with cybersecurity requirements for AI systems
Nice to have
- •Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, automotive)
- •Experience with AI model validation and testing frameworks
- •Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI deployment pipelines
