About the role
HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Data Architect to join one of our client teams in several nordic cities.
You'll be designing data systems that turn messy reality into organized, useful information.
What you'll do
- •Design scalable data architectures for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
- •Work with business owners to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions
- •Choose the right tools and technologies for data storage, processing, and analysis
- •Set up data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR
- •Create data pipelines that move information reliably between systems
What we're looking for
- •6+ years of experience designing and implementing data architectures
- •Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and when to use them
- •Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar)
- •Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data lakehouse architectures
- •Knowledge of complex ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline tools (Databricks, etc.)
Nice to have
- •Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming architectures
- •Experience with data mesh and decentralized data architectures
- •Understanding of machine learning and AI data requirements
